I do think that one of the lessons of the lebanon war will be to take iranian nukes far more seriously. Isnt it more likely now that Israel might try to take out Irans nuke capablity (slow it down) if the euros prove feckless once again and the US decides it doesnt have the forces to carry tbis out? I realize and israeli air attack will only slow things down but time can be important vis a vis irans nukes. Pakistani nukes for the time being are not something to worry about but long term i share your concerns.
