CLinton was never in with Ken Lay. No connection. The GOP smear jockeys can find only one instance where they even talked, at a golf tournament once when they were playing against each other on different teams. Clinton never helped Enron. But you can be sure Lay made sure the federal government in the 90's didn't know or understand what Enron tricksters were doing behind the scenes.

During the 90's, Enron and Lay gave CLinton $2000. They gave GW Bush something like $1,500,000. They gave Bush more than any company has ever given a politician in history. And they got their payback immediately as Bush-Cheney turned a blind eye to Enron and friends gouging the west coast for 30 billion. One of the biggest criminal heists of all time.
