Where are the meeting notes? I have no idea? There absence from the public record is evidence of no more than the fact that Cheney is overally secretive. That might be considered a fault, but it isn't evidence of his participating in a major crime or in any kind of price fixing scheme.

Real gasoline prices are about the same as they where in 1981, at most only slightly higher.
