Well, a third night in a row searching for any news/rumor on the net more authoritative than these message boards, and a third night empty.

On the bright side, INTU advanced well again today (in the face of general market pull back, no less), so this rumor is showing some legs. For past rumors, three days had to go by before the Wall Street Journal would deign mention the rumor, so we're just coming into range with them.

Of course, we could be missing the obvious: the market move has nothing to do with buy out rumors, but instead on the fact that Scott Cook had dinner with the President this weekend (and undoubtedly parted with some malleable, non-rigid money for the honor).
