I don't think you will ever have a president impeached for making the decision to go to war. I suppose if congress didn't support the war in any way, and even explicitly "zero-funded it", and the president illegally shifted funds from other programs to pay for the war than congress might impeach the president, but other than that it just isn't going to happen. Esp. when congress authorized the use of force. The whole idea that Bush would get impeached and/or prosecuted for the Iraq war is very distantly removed from reality.
