Managing the forests includes cutting down trees. Would you be against someone on the other side of the issue becoming a regulator. Would it be a crime if an environmental activist joined the EPA?

If you have some specific evidence of a crime, or even evidence of some horrible statement or action by Mr. Rey than please share it. Personally I know almost nothing about him, but there is nothing illegal about former timber lobbyists becoming regulators.
