Appropos of nothing, perhaps, my favorite quote in this regard is from a former political philosophy professor of mine. He said that we should draw on the adage from the law: "When the physics aren't on your side, always argue the metaphysics."

Here's to dead guys alive in our minds and to a big LGND bounce in a few hours. Off to find the Sandman.
