Peter..let me speak to your last paragraph first. You say, "the right to freedom and the pursuit of happiness are fundamental human rights". Well, let's say my wife and I are fundamentalist Muslims and we wish to be free to pursue our fundamentalist Muslim beliefs. That makes us happy. Should we not be able to vote DEMOCRATICALLY for Hamas or Hezbollah? These are groups that represent our religion and our core beliefs. When the Israelis bomb our homes...THESE are the people that help us. Don't the Christians of your world support the candidates that represent their beliefs? If, we, the Muslim people, told you that your Christian leaders were wrong and you should listen to us because we were right and your leaders were wrong, would you go against what you see on the street EVERY day and listen to us Muslims despite what you saw with your own eyes? You may have new rifles...you always seem to have NEW weapons. But you do not have a true God. To die as a Persian or an Arab in defense of one's homeland and religion as ONE person is greater than your Western Nations can achieve with ALL their WARS and ALL their BOMBS.
