Anyone given any thought to the 7.2M shares that are coming off hold from the April 27th PP? It is pretty rare that in a four month hold period the stock goes up 8 fold. I am thinking we could get a lot of these PP shares coming on the market next week putting some downward pressure on the stock price. There is only 30M shares outstanding.

"Aurelian Resources Inc. has raised $20,000,002 pursuant to its bought-deal private placement financing originally reported in Stockwatch on April 7, 2006. In connection with the financing, Aurelian issued a total of 7,272,278 common shares of Aurelian at a price of $2.75 per common share.

Securities issued pursuant to the financing have a four-month hold period which expires on Aug. 28, 2006."
