You have a degree in EE ... I have a degree in EE.

You studied computer science ... and probably spent most of your professional career writing software. Anybody can write software. I learned software on my own and started an engineering software company. I also did software consulting under contract to HP. Isn't that where you worked? I guess the big guns there couldn't do the job so they hired me to come in and fix the problems. I did such good work that the managers sought to hire me. I turned them down.

If I'm nice, you will tell me about the solar heater you "invented" for your hot tub? That's really funny! We could sit around and have a beer or two, and you could tell me about your hot tub invention and I could tell you about a dozen EE hardware patents I have.

I'm glad you are semi-retired at 41, and I'm glad you live in a neighborhood. I understand from your posts to other message boards that you are still making payments on your house. Since you asked where I live, I'll tell you, though it's none of your business: I fully retired at 57, I have no debt, and I own and live on over a hundred acres north of the SF Bay Area. That's all the information you get because I think you are a little unstable and I don't want you knocking on my door.

And you are right, "fiends don't" invite me back ... but friends do.

So, since you brought up, for some obscure deviant purpose, one of my old emails about solar energy, what do my comments about solar energy have to do with inflation?
