Which begs the question: what is the Bush administration doing that it refuses to and/or can't show to a FISA court?

Notice that the rightwing talking point is to fixate on this ridiculous argument:

If Bush can't spy whenever and however he wishes then he can't fight terrorism.

I'm sure the FISA judges find that argument a slap in the face...which it is of course. It's also Bush slapping Congress in the face saying that his guys are the only ones interested in fighting terrorism.

Considering that Bush FAILED on 911 to fight terrorism and is FAILING everyday in Iraq to fight terrorism, he should talk.
