Did they read your advice or what? :) Anybody who tried to trade those thinly traded issues knows - it's impossible to trade blocks like this if you are not a "big boy". Every my 2.5K purchase moves the ask price up. It's not that obvious, but I think that other today's blocks of PGRI (25K, 25K, 20K) are also part of arbitrage trade.
