Well I think that in this case showing non-inferiority is all that will be required for approval. Superiority would have been a home run.

And as he has already pointed out there is another trial due in 2007 that may even show superiority in HAP. That would be a big plus over cubicin.

Rkrw can correct me if I am wrong again. :-)
