The parlament does not have real power in Russia. The president has. As you probably know, Yeltsin shot (using tanks and heavy artillery) at the parlament inside the Russian "white house" in 1993, and got away with it. The parlament in Russia seemed to be extremely concerned about what privileges they get, and spent most its time desiding just that instead of creating good laws. Anyway, we'll see. As for NSCP - I'm staying out of it for now. -Vi
