AE - Did you read the opinion? Have you been following the case? Got any idea who this new lawyer is and if he's capable of coming up with creative or innovative legal interpretations? The parallel I saw in that case was the NXG-AZK hostile takeover. NXG not only signed a confidentiality agreement but a stand still one too and then they decided to violate both. Sometimes I wonder if some of these management guys even bother to talk to attorneys, or if hubris keeps them from taking the advice. Speaking of lawyers....got any opinion on the USGL snafu with the SEC? While USGL has an interesting case, it does not seem like it should have been that out of the ordinary as to have hit as many bumps as they did. H3
