OT OT Talking Heads??? Actually that was of course the original band. Not so great.

However during the Eno/Hassell period they were very VERY good. You might be aware that Hassell in particular was one of the players on the original "In C" by Terry Riley which changed music for all time. In fact both Bowie and Eno were fans before they were famous and Riley influenced many of the people who created these genre: Trance, New Age, Hip Hop, Rave and related.

Hassell is the only trupeter with a new sound since Mile Davis. He's interested in Micropoly Rhythms. He's one of the few advanced musicians I really want to see live. Haven't yet.

If you are curious I'd recommend this:

while you can still get it. Some pretty funny reviews by peopel who don't know what they are taliking about.

Note the price on this one:

I'm not selling mine. Hell no.

Hassell is one of the most sophisticated composers in the world.

Everyone knows about Eno here right? Roxy music? David Bowie? U2? Everyone else and their brother?

Wait until you hear what is coming... well maybe not.
