<<Maxwell, explain to us tech nerds (and there are more of "us" than you in this thread) what in general terms is a 256nm KrF and why is it going to be the Cash Cow product? Many thanks. Allan>>

KrF (Krypton-Fluoride) is a gas that uses in an excimer laser that produces intense and coherent light of .254u wavelength. This is good enough for .25u process. The research phase at CYMI in getting this tool pass the production criteria in a stepper is over. CYMI now has a recipe or blueprint in mass producing this thing and make alot of money, thus a cash cow product.
