Herbert,I agree that MMs are always looking for ways to convince retail that they should sell their stocks at a cheap price, but I don't think it will work right now. The upcoming diabetes annnouncement should be obvious to just about everyone by now and it should also be clear that LGND has quite a string of clinical announcements lined up to boost share price prior to the ALRI call which includes some stock. Eventually, the reponse to news may surprise, but not right now. The street is hot on Biotechs and many have moved on NO NEWS. LGND will move to the front and center with upcoming presentations as well as MANY news articles. Buckle up and prepare for lift off. Its all systems GO!
