Definitely<g> And today's WSJ has an article on housing, mentioned a women in Virginia, Herndon, whose 5-bedroom, 4-full bath, 3-car garage on half acre lot house, appraised at $1.1 million in 2005, just auctioned off at $530k, less than half of the appraisal price. If you do not call this a hard landing, I don't know what is a hard landing
