With all due respect, virtually no one on the OVIS thread or here knows much about Gary Morgan. His bio is in the 10-K. As I stated over on the main OVIS thread, I have been to the hotels and restaurants he helped to develop in South Africa, which has a sophisticated business environment on a par with the U.S in the retail field. They are up to U.S. standards. How did this fly-by-night huckster pull that off? Maybe he is a real businessman. I don't see any proof to the contrary just guesses and speculation. Curious.
