I consider non-M1 M2 to be the housing Bubble money supply indicator. Do you have it? It's been hanging in there reflecting decent home sales (at highly inflated windfall prices) and cash outs. If it starts dropping, that's the clear indication that housing credit generation is failing. I sort of expect it and soon, but it's been a long wait.
