The U.S automakers have been shortsighted for 40 years.

In the 1970's they sold us junk.

I saw an article recently that said that the Japanese automakers in the U.S. were using MORE American made parts than the U.S. automakers.

I think ALL business in the U.S. is too concerned with QTR by QTR bottom line and not strategic longterm planning.
