Perhaps I can clear some points up. As I stated most likely result
was "product is safe, continue". I think the fact we didnt see heavy volume or selling(yet) is bullish. Some investors here "expecting" a downtrend after dsmb still did not sell. That indicates we have some serious long term investors(here and elsewhere). Anyways since xoma is not privey to p3 results, they know little more than we do and thus cant post results. They do know "total deaths"(probably), but cant tell. Dsmb can stop trial for "futility". IE- its not gonna work, so dont even bother. So the implication is "somethings there".
Also, apparently DSMB confirms kids are not dying FROM bpi. Good.
So if they had good results on 65 then there would be the question
"are we sure it works?". So we are on to 130. That will come fast as we are "into season" and we should get to 130 before yearend. I think we have a excellent chance to go "open label" then. Very good chance. And that will be just about as good as a halt. All IMO of course. Regarding CF I still maintains its more than a p1 trial. I think its more like a p1/2. In the meantime. Trauma p3 is coming. Thats the 300 pound gorilla. The big money indication. The deal-maker. Also the often-forgoten liver may see a fast wrap up and
positive or negative outcome. IMO thats a good chance for positive news. That is a pilot for for bigger liver disorders. And I do think this board can move the stock some. IMO we have over 50,000 to 100,000 shares. Perhaps up to 500,000.Good luck. Hope it helps. bob
