On top of that the temp OMO repo pool and the TIO pool are very near the bottom of their ranges recently, there hasn't been a perm OMO for over a month>

Not really needed, as FCBs have gone into overdrive in the last five weeks, buying $37.5 billion of the strange shit like TIPs, 30 years, and agencies. Never ceases to amaze me.
