These were not attacks on Hizbollah infrastructure -- and the "infrastrcuture" included hundreds and hundreds of people who had nothing to do with the efforts to defend of Israel. They were reprisals against civilians and the infrastructure civilians need to live -- pure and simple, these were collective punishment aimed at civilians.
