Beach smacked... told you I would leave the thread alone for six months but you had belittle me... I told you the bottom and I noticed you stopped shorting for bit... are you shorting the homeboys again?

You will learn o guru of the home crash... that mortgage rate will have to be lower that 3.5% before it happens on a national scale prices will not fall a significant amount until that point... we have tons of running room and gimmicks to play before we are there. Until then... homes are better than anything else because they are the foundation where everything will fall from.

Retail can fall, 20% unemployment, but housing prices and demand will be the last.
