Ergonomics is a big shortcoming of far too many companies whether it be in software or hardware. Apple is truly one of the few that actually has ergonomics up and front when designing hardware or software. This has also been my way of doing things and I've had much more resistance than you can imagine when it comes to proposing solutions. Too many people just don't understand ergonomics and that they have a right to expect a high quality ergonomically designed product. Look around you and you'll start to wonder how come so much "crap" still sells!
