Damn Keith... that must have been the wrong day to call Cimino. ;-) The GSFC dividend hasn't been outlined yet, so you aren't behind the curve. The most recent thing I've heard is that Cimino is now devoted to the SSTY relisting and GSFC spin off. That was just some stuff from the RB board. Nothing first hand. Rick
