There has been more talk from this board on QCOM "patent ambush" than has come from Nokia. If this were the Nokia position they would be screaming it in their collective PR's and waving the ETSI rule book in everyones face, not the contrary. In addition they would not be pressing for arbitration rather than a court date. Common sense says Nokia believes the patent ambush defense would be a weak strategy to say the least.
