bought 20,000 ECCI at .12...chart looks like not much downside here...Lot of volume on prior spikes...Usually large volume levels after a long downslide, with no major price movement, are signs of accumulation..We shall see..I'll give it a few days... Holding: 1. 15,000 GSS 2. 20,000 ECCI
