Place and Route accounted for 60% of AVNT's business when CDN initiated its legal proceedings almost 2 years ago. Does anyone have an estimate as to the percentage of AVNT's sales that currently come from place and route? My guess is that given the 5 acquisitions AVNT has made since the initial CDN filings, this % is somewhere less than 20% now. Can anyone share with me how one comes up with a civil penalty of $100mm? This is a huge #. Surprised the stock wasn't down more.
