blacks swim and have had plenty of access to competition over the past several decades. Even though the interest, opportunity, and participation has been there, the results simply haven't produced the champion caliber athletes that we see in track and other sports, that have almost identical conditioning requirements.

Your use of the race card in place of logic is pathetic and dishonorable... tsk
