Thanks Rick.....Yea, that was last news I saw...they were going to spin off GSFC, but hadn't outlined terms or dates as of yet..said that news would be 'forthcoming' so figured if I didnt see any more PR's on the subject we were still in that status....
I dont know if I caught him on a bad day or not...most everytime I have spoken to him ( not recently) he was a very 'excitable/emotional' person via the telephone.....I assume he iwas just PO'd at getting halted just when it looked like SSTY was due for 'lift off'.....
I hope the RB poster is correct......I wont call cimino again, but would love to hear what he had to say if anybody else has spoken to him firsthand...my reason for not calling is I don't want to piss him off <lol>.....I mean if he tells me the same stuff he told me one year ago, I am afraid I will tell him just that...'you told me the exact same thing a year ago and since then wars have been fought, countries conquered, but you guys cant even do whats necessary to get off the grays'..and knowing him, he wont take that too well <lol>....But honestly, what the heck is the guy doing? It's been a year since he said getting off the grays was TOP PRIORITY.....but still nothing...meanwhile they are doing all this other stuff....dont get me wrong...I'll take my TPDI and GSFC restricted shares..if they are worth something when sellable, great, if not, no biggie....but, I for one am more concerned with my current SSTY shares getting the heck off the grays and am getting leary because I simply dont know how they have not done this in a year, if it was TOP PRIORITY....just makes no sense..he'll say he got sidetracked with tpdi and gsfc and obviously they are doing things, but again, I would hope top priority is SSTY and not other spin offs we will get restricted shares in...I think they should have gotten off the grays and then worried about the spin off's..or do all at the same time, but getting off the grays is my main concern and I thought SSTY's Top Priority as well.....Thanks for getting back to me....maybe we'll hear something or actualy see something in the next year<g>....the funny thing is, it's sounds like I am negative...and I am on several fronts...but you know me...I tell it like it is, regardless of my position..I am long, but have no problem expressing my displeasure.....however, I do feel if they get off the grays, that alone will be good for a very nice pop so buying way down here may be great for awesome gains....it's all a matter if they ever get off the grays.....and one year seems like plenty of time for them to get off the grays, imo......but, I'm being patient...and look forward to when it is again a liquid stock trading above .02 or higher again...... |
