Review these comments of record by top Administration officials made before the war and it is easy to see why the President would be frustrated now....frankly, his people let him down big time. I agree with your comment fully. But as they say "The Buck stops here." It is possible that people do not want to impeach him as a person since he is a good man at heart. But then with people like Cheney and the neocons surrounding him, they just need to go and leave him alone and let him be what he is which was all the good things he did as Governor of Texas. He could could manage to do so because the neocons were not around his neck like they are at the White House.
