If what you say is true, then the issue is what is fair, reasonable and non discriminatory.....?

Let me ask you, is is reasonable for QCOM to license its GPRS/EDGE technology free of charge to Nokia so they can use it in stand alone GSM/GPRS/EDGE handsets in order to prolong the life of GSM to the detriment of CDMA / W-CDMA, for which QCOM recieves a 5% royalty ?

In my view it is definately not reasonable for QCOM to do that.
