the guys who raped and murdered a child, and murdered her family and then set them all on fire cannot be arrested and tried in Iraqi courts because they are immune from Iraqi justice. They will be tried. As for our war criminals, they can go on and do as they please, make money and live life freely If we have evidence then they get tried, the rapist/murders are an example. We think we thrive in an environment of lawlessness. Our soldiers are subject to prosecution if they violate the law.
