The shovel was crossing the road to the outcrop to dig.

The property is in Kingfisher and we plan to drill it either this fall if we get some moolah green, or in the spring. I will be doing some stripping on it this fall just to get a look see. There is VG in the vein here and there. Noranda drilled it in the 70's with seven holes that all hit gold. At one time a company planned to make it into an open pit mine, as the vein comes to the surface over its entire length. In places 65 feet wide. However the seven holes in it are the only serious exploration. The company mentioned with the open pit plans got taken over and the property dropped.

If it were all ore it would be about 12,500 tons per vertical foot. It can't be that good, but we intend to see if 20% of it can be surface mined. The goal would be to prove something which could be mineable to 200 feet and shipped. (60,000 to 120,000 ounces). That could be worth it.

We might put a P&H 9020 on it.
