bet none of you knew, that if an interned West Coast "Japanese" could get a job at the East Coast he were free to leave the camp to go there?

Doesn't deduct much from that shameful grand project though, which made a couple of people rich at the cost of the Japs who were forced into the camps though.

And it was many years later before the gov't compensated them for their property that was confiscated.
