No, oil addiction is what's bad for our economy. if we spent a trillion dollars in Iraq that's all money you can add onto the tab which addiction to Arab oil costs us. So what's the real cost, $10 a gallon?

And pollution and environmental devastation are also very bad. That gradually erodes our entire standard of living. It poisons us. It also all adds to global warming.

Also, huge new clean fuels programs will create hundreds of thousands of good jobs and create technology we can export.

We will also be proud of ourselves as nation, instead of ashamed that we've just slaves of the Saudis (where the 9-11 attackers came from), Exxon and their slimey lobbyists.
