Mark...Would appreciate your thoughts on a target for ECCI. The float is right under 30 M which isn't much for a stock this price IMHO. 52 week high was .75. When you look at the 3 year weekly chart going from right to left you see highs of .28, then .75, then 1.04. When I draw a trendline connecting those last two highs and drawing the line out, it appears that .40 can be a target. Anyway, this is the first time I've played hurricane stocks and was wondering what you think regarding targets. Lexi
