Meanwhile we spend a trillion to spread democracy in Iraq. I wonder what defaults by local municipalities along with the ravages of stagflation do to interest rates for muni bonds? Right now cost of capital is dirt cheap. What happens when that also skyrockets and infrastructure rebuild costs go through the roof? Why does no one very talk about this stuff?
