How much of the business is WH/BM?
Retailing can turn on a dime, on the next "great" concept or fad. I guess that's what you're betting on if you are buying CHS, which I haven't yet.
I still like WSM at these levels better. I think less risk, because of being less of a one trick pony (granted that CHS has the WH/BM and fledgling Soma concepts).
For the same reason, CHS probably has more upside, if the company is able to properly execute a turnaround. In the last five years or so, trough PE has been 15, so I'm guessing there is still downside to low 15s based on revised '07 earnings of 1.10-1.15.
