There's been one big seller who's been pressuring the stock down for weeks. You can see them through JEFF on level II. It's probably the same seller that held the stock down under $1.00 last year. It may be an institution expecting a global recession and just eliminating all their base metal exposure.

Once that seller's gone, or once some of the pending news comes out, the stock will break the downtrend and head back up. In the meantime, that one seller has kept the pressure on on relatively low volume.
