Yes, I am quite sure salmon are joyous. I mean, take their love making for instance. They swim around in the ocean for years, and then decide to go visit the place where they were born. Then they beat themselves to a pulp going up a roaring river that was so easy for them to go down as babies, if they didn't get eaten. Then they swish around in the gravel until they get a nice little nest. Then the lady salmon lays her eggs and the guy salmon covers them with milt. Both have one heck of an orgasm. Then they die. (Sorry, but them are the facts.)
