New poll: Bush falls to 34% support, contradicting Gallup "comeback" numbers for third consecutive polling period. pollingreport.com Whatever the Gallup people did to get Bush up to 42% nobody else is finding anything similar. No comeback for Bush whatsoever. Nixon had a 33% approval rating when he resigned.
