I thought I did answer, but again I will try. It is my understanding that Hezbollah is identified as a terrorist entity. Therefore it is illegal to raise money for it, or for it to engage in commerce in the US. So Broadcasting Hizbollah Channel would involve sending it money or could be construed as raising money for terrorism. So I think they have no choice but to stop it's broadcast. I think it could be appealed, but I don't think it would be successful. As long as Hizbollah is rated as a terrorist organization, I don't think the law allows it to be broadcast, because it is a criminal enterprise.
