It is one of those things that must be kept in the back of your mind. When the percentage of the population gets to 50% dependent on the government we are doomed in the short run. It would depend on why they are dependent. Creating why or unwinding why is the debate. Should there be a barrier to why or should we talk about why and do something about why that we agree on. Who wouldn't talk about why when Bush wanted to talk about it?Social Security = X(why) You yourself said that we should keep why in the back our mind. You called why "one of those things". What I am getting at, is we need to start. Instead we debate national security and how to run the military on television. The political debate always is "It is someone else's fault". Bush's approval rating is the temperature of the country, Bush is the barometer of what is wrong with the country?????????????? Why can't I be wrong, or why can't you be wrong. It always is someone else that is wrong. Lets blame it on the most powerful man in the world, everyone else does including our enemies. WHY WHY WHY WHY?????????
