Sounds like a fairly weak acid solution. However, I still think one would want to insure that it can't leak into stream or lake.

Even more important, I think it's critical that the unit continue to function after an earthquake. So I'd like to see some special emphasis on siting and installations techniques to insure that it can survive a major quake. Especially for those remote villages, they will need emergency power to run communications, medical care, and airport facilities in an emergency.
