Guess that's a yes on your part in being in debt up to your eye balls. Sorry to hear that. I hope you didn't make the mistake and got HELOC'ed to death thinking that prices only go up. BTW, I'm in cash up to my eye balls (mostly in Euros since 2001 but some U.S. dollars as well... and you can do the math on what has happened to the dollar versus the Euro since then).
