what is the deal with the recent slide ... biz.yahoo.com As of May 18, 2006, the Company owned 129,381,182 shares of common stock of Earth Biofuels representing a 63.83% majority ownership. EBOF at 2.68 means it is worth 347 million, NO ??? As of August 18, 2006, the Company owned 19,900,000 shares of common stock of Siam representing an 82.06% majority ownership. SIMP at 2.80 means it is worth 55 million, NO ??? stakes in EBOF + SIMP ==> 402 million ... do you know what is the market cap of this bad boy ???
